W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU

About the center

With a generous gift from the W. P. Carey Foundation, the W. P. Carey Center for Real Estate and Finance was established as part of the foundation's goal to foster excellence in business education, continuing its longstanding support for ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business. The center acts to advance high-quality, relevant research and expand the scope, strength, and reach of real estate programs housed within the school's Department of Finance.

As a key driver of the global economy, real estate has a significant impact on the lives of Americans and should be a focal point for academic research and education. By empowering students with essential knowledge, skills, and professional networks, we aim to inspire and prepare the next generation of leaders in the real estate and finance industries.
